Our Garden

The Janssen's Denver garden is located in the Harvey Park neighborhood of southwest Denver. The garden has approximately 200 daylily cultivars, with a sprinkling of bearded, Siberian and spuria iris. A large percentage of the daylilies are in the front lawn and can be enjoyed via a drive by tour. The backyard contains a gazebo, herb garden, raspberries, rhubarb and a number of fruit trees. The backyard is also the domain of our dog Moroz who protects the gazebo and garden from the local foxes and raccoons.

Directions from the intersection of route 285 and Sheridan Blvd are as follows:

• Go North on Sheridan Blvd 1 mile to Yale and turn Right (West) at the light.
• Proceed 0.7 miles to Quitman (1st street following the first traffic light) and turn Right (South) onto Quitman.
• Go South on Quitman for approximately 300 feet and turn Left (East) onto Linvale.
• Go East on Linvale for approximately 300 feet and turn Right (South) onto Perry.
